Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to and use of Glade API accounts, APIs, data, billing, and support.

Last updated August 14, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service are effective August 14, 2026. By creating an account, accepting these Terms during onboarding, or using Glade API, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Glade API for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for activity under your account and organization, including activity by members, applications, and API keys. You must use Glade API only for lawful purposes and only when you have the rights and permissions required for your workflow and use of any output.

  • Keep credentials confidential and rotate compromised keys.
  • Maintain appropriate access controls for organization members.
  • Use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes.
  • Do not misrepresent Glade API as affiliated with Amazon or a data provider.

Service, metering, and billing

Glade API meters successful public API, GraphQL, and MCP operations as units. Failed, rejected, rate-limited, quota-blocked, and provider-error requests do not consume units. Your dashboard, checkout page, and any applicable order form identify your plan, included units, overage, billing cycle, and current prices.

You authorize Glade API and its payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an order form.

Marketplace data and outputs

Marketplace information changes frequently and may be incomplete, delayed, or location-dependent. Sales, stock, and similar outputs are estimates rather than reported transactions or guaranteed inventory. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it and for complying with marketplace terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, and other laws that apply to your use.

Glade API does not grant rights in Amazon content, trademarks, or other third-party material. Your use of output does not create an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Amazon or an upstream provider.

Ownership and licenses

Glade API and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, schemas, branding, and underlying technology. You retain rights in information you submit. You grant Glade API a limited license to process submitted information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Glade API grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service during your plan term. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

Availability, suspension, and termination

Glade API may change service features, limits, or documentation and may suspend access to address security threats, unlawful activity, nonpayment, material breach, provider restrictions, or risk to the platform or third parties. When practical, Glade API will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before a non-emergency suspension.

You may stop using Glade API at any time and may cancel paid service through the billing portal. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and obligations that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glade API is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glade API will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Glade API's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

Glade API may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, notice through the service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Questions or legal notices may be submitted through the Contact page or authenticated dashboard support. Applicable law governs without limiting mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence or establishment.
