The required boundaries for safe, lawful, and commercially authorized use of Glade API.

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy is effective August 14, 2026 and forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every user, organization, application, API key, and workflow that accesses Glade API.

Prohibited activity

You may not use Glade API to facilitate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

  • Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or share or misuse credentials.
  • Evade quotas, rate limits, billing, safety controls, or technical restrictions.
  • Distribute malware, disrupt services, probe security without written authorization, or attempt to recover provider secrets or raw internal payloads.
  • Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, export-control, or other applicable rights and laws.
  • Use deceptive identities, misleading affiliation claims, harassment, surveillance, discrimination, or harmful automated decision-making.
  • Resell, sublicense, or expose the service beyond rights granted by your plan or order form.

Marketplace and third-party rights

Customers remain responsible for the legal basis and permissions for their workflow, output use, retention, and onward distribution. Glade API does not grant Amazon trademark rights or imply Amazon affiliation.

Enforcement

Glade API may rate-limit, suspend, investigate, preserve evidence, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers, the platform, or third parties. Glade API may act without advance notice in an emergency, but will provide notice and an opportunity to respond when practical.

Report suspected abuse or request authorization for good-faith security research through the Contact page before testing. Attempts to bypass this policy may result in permanent termination.
